Mira is passionate and enthusiastic physiotherapist. She is an avid movement practitioner! She’s qualified as both a yoga and pilates instructor and enjoys incorporating movement therapy into the rehabilitation process, for both physical healing and stress management.

Niamh, originally from the vibrant city of Galway, Ireland, found her calling in physiotherapy, fuelled by a passion for movement and holistic well-being. Committed to a holistic approach, Niamh combines manual therapy techniques like dry needling, mobilizations, and trigger point release to optimize patient care

Special interests; Pilates, older adults and shoulder and lower back injuries, dry needling and manual therapy.
Clodagh is a Senior Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor from Ireland. he has also worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Munster Rugby Developmental set up in Ireland. Clodagh has completed her Master's Degree in Physiotherapy at University College Cork. As well as her interest in the sporting population, Clodagh has a keen interest in the older adult and falls Prevention in the elderly.

HELEN VAN PRAAGH

Special interests; Movement retraining, pelvic health, lower back/pelvic/hip problems, and Clinical Pilates.
Helen has had extensive Pilates training including completing her Polestar Pilates rehabilitation training in 2012. She uses manual physiotherapy and her Pilates skills concurrently to treat both acute and overuse injuries, which she finds a great combination. She believes in a holistic approach, striving always to find a cause, work towards prevention and teach her clients about their body and the root problem.

Paul's real passion is the assessment and treatment of everything running related. Paul was lucky to learn from some of the world leading running analysts in the UK. Through this experience he has developed a way to teach people to run that considers a person's weaknesses in order to make improvements and highlight their strengths.

Natalie graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2010. Natalie has received advanced training in the use of dry needle therapy for the treatment of neuromuscular dysfunction and sporting related injuries. She has found excellent results when combining these skills with manual therapy and exercise to effectively return her patients to their desired level of participation.

As a Women’s and Pelvic Health Physio, Anna relies on current and up to date evidence based practice to address concerns such as SUI (stress urinary incontinence), POP (pelvic organ prolapse) including pessary fitting for POP or continence, OAB (overactive bladder), anorectal dysfunction (constipation or fecal incontinence, and all things bowel/anal related), PFMT (pelvic floor muscle training), as well as the management of pre and post natal concerns such as PRPGP (pregnancy related pelvic girdle pain) and JOBst stocking fittings for varicosities, exercise in pregnancy, and post natal checks. Anna believes in the power of knowledge, and feels clients benefit best when they have a level of understanding around their presenting concern.

For recurring injuries or persistent pain that hasn’t improved, our master's-trained physiotherapists are the experts to see. With over 17 years of experience and a Master's degree in Physiotherapy, they are highly skilled in handling tough cases.
