The combination of cardiovascular exercise with your PT and breathing during Pilates sessions improves circulation and can assist with improved sleep, increased energy and reduced stress.

  • 1 x One Hour Assessment and Personal Training Session
  • 5 x 40min Personal Training Sessions 
  • 4 x 45min 1-1 Instructor Pilates Session *
