Over her career, Kirsten has gained vast experience in an array of different physiotherapy settings, including public hospitals, private musculoskeletal clinics, high- level sport and within multi-disciplinary teams.
Kirsten’s strengths lie in her ability to take a holistic view of your injury and create a management plan that not only gets you back to your pre-injury level of function, but also moves you forward towards optimal health outcomes. Alongside her Physiotherapy qualifications, she has further training in Health Coaching which combines the art and science of behaviour change with evidence based lifestyle medicine strategies (nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress management) to assist you with developing sustainable habits that support both your recovery and health in the long term.
Kirsten loves her job as a physiotherapist and is passionate about meeting clients where they are at and walking alongside them to help them reach their health goals.
