Robyn utilizes the ergonomic and biomechanical training of her kinesiology degree (NZ equivalent to biomedical physiology and biomechanics), with the better-known gems of her physiotherapy degree and skills in critical analyses from her masters’ degree to deliver the best evidence-based care for her patients. Her motivation in identifying the correct diagnosis hinges on her passion for delivering the best outcomes. She prefers to combine hands-on therapy with exercise rehabilitation to deliver individualized treatment allowing return to activity, work and living.

Michelle calls on an impressive and wide-ranging background of experience in the sports and health industry to deliver the highest level of treatment and care to her patients. Drawing on fifteen years of knowledge as a musculoskeletal clinician across multiple countries, with numerous sporting organizations including gymnastics, snow sports, football, rugby and water sports! She is currently the lead physiotherapist for the New Zealand Olympic Surfing team.

David is from the UK and graduated with an MSc in Physiotherapy in 2011. He has a 10+ years of experience having worked within the NHS, private sector and Elite Sport and more recently as a first contact MSK Physiotherapist. He has worked with Premier League clubs such as Manchester United and Liverpool FC Academy setups, overseeing youth development for both the boys and girls.

Kirsten’s strengths lie in her ability to take a holistic view of your injury and create a management plan that not only gets you back to your pre-injury level of function, but also moves you forward towards optimal health outcomes. Alongside her Physiotherapy qualifications, she has further training in Health Coaching which combines the art and science of behaviour change with evidence based lifestyle medicine strategies (nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress management) to assist you with developing sustainable habits that support both your recovery and health in the long term.

If you're dealing with a first-time injury like an ankle, knee, or shoulder sprain, our physiotherapists can help. They can manage most injuries and, if your recovery isn't progressing as expected, we offer free second opinions with our senior staff to help you recover faster.

SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST TIER

Our senior physiotherapists can treat most injuries, including spinal issues and chronic pain. They have advanced training, such as post-graduate certifications, and are skilled at managing a wide range of conditions.
