After earning her BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of Limerick, Niamh made the move to New Zealand in January 2022, captivated by its natural beauty and active lifestyle.

In recent years, Niamh’s focus has expanded beyond traditional musculoskeletal physiotherapy to include a deep commitment to breathing retraining. She now works extensively with individuals dealing with anxiety, panic disorders, hyperventilation syndrome, asthma, COPD, and other respiratory conditions. Through physiotherapy, education, and breathing re-education, her goal is to support patients in improving their breath control, managing stress, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Niamh also maintains strong expertise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, treating a wide range of conditions from back, neck, and shoulder pain to knee, hip, and ankle injuries. She holds certifications in reformer and mat Pilates, which she integrates seamlessly into her rehab sessions and group classes, empowering clients to build strength, stability, and confidence in movement.

Her approach combines manual therapy techniques such as dry needling, joint mobilizations, and trigger point release with a strong foundation in evidence-based rehab. Whether it’s through calming breathwork or dynamic Pilates sessions, Niamh is passionate about guiding each individual on their unique journey toward recovery, resilience, and holistic well-being.e.
