Special interests: Lower limb injuries, lower limb tendon pain, knee, hip and foot ankle ankle conditions, shoulder conditions, sports injuries, persistent pain, post-operative rehabilitation.
Chris graduated in 2007 from The University of the West of England in the UK. Since then he has worked in the UK for the NHS for 11 years and in the private sector for 9 years gaining knowledge of a large range of experience treating conditions throughout the body. More recently he worked as an Advanced Physiotherapy practitioner specialising in knee’s between 2015-2018 in the UK.
Continuous development is important and Chris has undertaken various post-graduate courses in soft tissue release, taping, lower limb biomechanics, running rehabilitation and headaches. Most significant is completing his Master’s in February 2018 in the UK.
Chris moved to New Zealand in 2018 and was lead physiotherapist at Habit rehabilitation for 1 year managing a team. Chris’s passion lies in rehabilitation of lower limb and shoulder conditions in addition to sports injuries. Regular professional development means he stays at the top of his field in these areas.
Outside of work Chris is enthusiastic about keeping fit, going to the gym, running and ocean swimming.
