We offer Instructor and Physio led 1-1 and duet sessions using all of the Pilates equipment. Our team love to challenge you and to work you hard. Strengthening your mind body connection, you will work in the studio focussing on your problem list and goals. You will work at your own level and the instructors will follow your every move ensuring good technique. This is a great way to get your ready for a class. If you’re in pain we recommend you start with a Physio. Your Physio may also suggest a RTUS session before you start to ensure you're engaging the correct muscles.
